Discussion phase of what is required from the project and what can be done.

A draft is prepared according to the result obtained in the brainstorming. It is finalized and approved.

Before the approved project is completely delivered, the test process is entered and if there are deficiencies and errors, it is completed and passed to the delivery process.

Delivery Process
After all processes are completed, the project is delivered. Project monitoring continues for 7 more days.
